Madaras izpratne par dejas pedagoģiju nostiprinājusies Somijā, mācoties un pasniedzot Austrumsomijas Sporta institūtā Dejas un somatikas izglītības programmā. Kopš 2015.gada periodiski pasniedz dejas improvizāciju kā pieaugušajiem (I-DEJAS MĀJĀ, starptautiskos un reģionālos projektos), tā arī jauniešiem un bērniem (Rīgas cirka skolā, nometnēs). Pēdējos gados Madara padziļināti apgūst somatikas dejas pieeju Open Source Forms un aizrautīgi palīdz citiem sapludināt sevis un dabas pieredzes. ▪️Līdzi ņemiet apģērbu, kurā varat brīvi un ērti kustēties. You are kindly welcome to join - both experienced contact improvisers and those who would like to try it for the first time. ▪️See you on the 21st of February on the 2nd floor of dance school Dzirnas ▪️The introductory class will be led by Madara Garklāva from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm and followed by a JAM session till 8:30 pm In this introductory class, Madara will share her knowledge from recently attended Finnish CI festival “Skiing On Skin” ❄️🩵 ▪️Madara Garklāva has been sharing the world of somatics and movement improvisation for years. Madara's understanding of dance pedagogy has been strengthened in Finland while studying and teaching in the Dance and Somatics Education Programme at the Sports Institute of Eastern Finland. Since 2015 she has been periodically teaching dance improvisation to adults (at I-DEJAS MĀJA, international and regional projects), youth and children (at Riga Circus School, camps). In recent years Madara has been studying the somatic dance approach Open Source Forms and is passionate about helping others to merge the experiences of self and nature. ▪️Bring clothes where you can move freely and comfortably. For convenience, we recommend choosing a top without wide, deep necklines, avoiding belts, long earrings and ruffles. Please be informed that the event can be photographed and pictures can be used to reflect the course of the event.
