December 3-4-5 in Stockholm (Sweden) We recommend signing up in pairs in case you want to dance with one and the same dance partner, but of course it is not a must. When it comes to health and hygiene, we will of course ask everyone to stay home at the slightest symptom and wash their hands and spray their hands before, during and after every workshop.If you want to use a mouth guard, you are welcome to do so, but we will not have it as a requirement. If the event is cancelled you will be 100% reimbursed, but note that we organisers will be sending back the exact same amount of money that we have received in! We are not responsive for any refunding extra fee in case this gets applied on any refund via the money transfer company, or your chosen payment method. ➡️2.We will have to return your payment if the workshop/party/accommodation participant list is full before you make your payment. ➡️Due to the limitation of participants and the wish of having a good balance at both workshops and parties we recommend you to be quick with booking your spot and book with an opposite gender as a partner for a lower price. ➡️3.Every purchased/reserved spot at this event is considered as consumed and therefore is not refundable except if the event is full or canceled. ➡️Pass exchanging; You have the possibility and it is your duty to find a new owner for your pass (es) but the new pass holder must be in respective gender as the main owner except " follower (female) to leader (male). ➡️From two weeks ahead to the event a fee of Sek100/ one day before Sek 200 will be applied when names change.
