Kizomban alkeisjatkokurssi 20.10.2018 klo 12-15 Erinomainen mahdollisuus kerrata jo hieman tuttua asiaa ja syventää tietotaitoa, sekä harjoitellen vankistaa osaamistaan. Kurssilla on hyvä olla käytynä kizomban perusteet, eli ihan täysin alusta emme lähde liikkeelle. Kurssiin sisältyy n. 10 min tauko. Sisältö: Kizomban perusteiden kertaaminen (perusaskeleet, saidat, virgula, marssi). Saidavariaatiot. Harjoitellaan kizombaan oleellisesti kuuluvaa pehmeyttä kaikissa perusaskeleissa (tekniikkaa ja paljon harjoittelua parin kanssa). Treenataan rotaation tekniikkaa. Uutena asiana käydään läpi kävelytyksen tekniikkaa ja luonnollisesti treenataan sitä paljon. Jos asiat ovat sinulle jo tutumpia ja olet tanssinut kauemmin, voin antaa sinulle haastavampaa variaatiota ja uutta näkökulmaa tekemiseen. Myös sooloharjoitteet mahdollisia. We won’t begin from the very basics all over again, so you should have studied the basics somewhere sometimes - and if it’s a longer way back that’s no problem - come and rehearse. The course includes a 10 min break. We will go through basic 1,2 and 3 and march and we’ll do saida variations. We will practise the softness of kizomba in each basic step (technique and a lot of training). As a new thing we’ll go though the technique of walking in separate lines (kävelytys). If you are already familiar with these topics, I can give you more challenges and different points of view for your dance. There might be also solo training.
