Danza Corazón school presents Sensual Bachata and Kizomba workshops with Julia and VJ. - guest teacher from India/UK who is currently based in Copenhagen. Julia and VJ are ready to bring you an awesome day of dancing with 3 hours of workshops (intermediate level) followed by social dancing on 11th June. Bachata Sensual Partnerwork (15.30-17.00) Kizomba Connection (17.15-18.45) Social Dancing (19.00-22.00) The Bachata Sensual workshop will focus on: • Sensual body movements and styling, • Partnerwork combinations and footwork, • Partner connection, leading and following techniques. All these and more supported by understanding and feeling of music. The Kizomba Connection workshop will: • Teach you how to truly 'listen' to your partner, • Help you develop personal expression without losing connection, • Offer hot tips for leaders including how to maintain a smooth lead no matter how experienced your partner is, • Will help both ladies and gents with execution, how to adjust and how to build rapport with your partner, • Will give you the edge you need to be a more confident Kizomba dancer! Social dancing with DJ VJ - 2 Bachata & 2 Kizomba (rotation) Price: **Early bird price Till May 20th Bachata + Kizomba workshops + Social dancing = 300 Kr. **After 20th of May Bachata + Kizomba workshops + Social dancing = 350 Kr. She started her dancing carrer from ballroom dance when she was 6 years old. Julia has been a part of Elizarov dance Theater in Crimea and got prise-winning places in international level of ballroom dancing: -Winner of Moscow International Forum (2007), -Winner of Ukrainian Ballroom Cup (2010), -2nd place Russion Ballroom Dancing Championship (2010), -Winner of Crimea national Congress (2011). 2011 Julia started to teach ballroom dance for kids and Latin Dance for adults at academic dance theatre. 2013 Julia created Danza Corazon school in Malmö which is mostly focusing on Sensual bachata. VJ.’s career highlights as a Dancer,Instructor and Latin DJ : Runner-up The Official European Bachata Championship 2013. : Winner IDO Rising Star Bachata Championship 2012. : Runner-up The British Open Salsa Championship 2012. : Winner of The Asia Open Kizomba Cha,pionship 2015 : Worked with renowned UK artistes - Nicolai, Jimmy, Mauricio, Rasa, Fadi, Nigel May, Phil Kaila, Humba Rumba team etc. : Resident DJ at “Salsa Wednesdays”at ‘Bloo88’, Sheffield (2012 - 2014). : Salsa and Bachata Instructor at multiple venues in Leeds, Sheffield and York (2011 2014). : Worked with the Salsa Society of Universities - including University of Sheffield, Sheffield Hallam University (2010 - 2014). : Djed in Malaysia and Australia Salsa events and congresses : Taught Salsa, bachata and Kizomba in Mumbai, India (2014-2015).
