Kizomba Classes - New Session start

We’re excited to start a new 5-week session of Kizomba classes on Wednesday, March 29, 2023. 6:30pm - Level 1 (no experience required) 7:45pm - Level 2 (must have completed our Level 1 or have instructor permission to join) The Edmonton Kizomba Collective was initially created by Tamara, Tony, and Anne-Carole in 2019 to provide a space for community building and knowledge sharing amongst more advanced Kizomba dancers. In 2020, they started teaching regular classes together as co-instructors. Tamara is a long-time Cuban Salsa dancer and instructor with 15 years of experience in teaching and got into Kizomba in 2013. Anne-Carole fell in love with Kizomba in France back in 2014, and taught in Beijing and now in Edmonton. Both lead and follow and love sharing their combined knowledge with willing learners. Kizomba is a partner dance that originates in Angola with an emphasis on connection and creativity within the music.
