Kizomba CoOp 18th August. Teaching Justine & David, Dj’s Guida & David. Bente’s Birthday Celebration

For you this month we have David & Justine doing your lesson. And your DJs are David & Guida. 💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥 David & Justine met on their first ever Kizomba lesson. Together they co-founded “Cloud 8 Kizomba” and became Birmingham’s first home-grown teachers and the first kizomba teachers at Smooth Salsa, for many years one of the Midlands largest salsa / kizomba events. They were also members of Eddy Vent’s original “Pitanga Team” and supported Africadancar UK as heat organisers, judges and DJ. As early ambassadors they were instrumental in the growth of Kizomba into the Midlands, running their own classes, party nights and working alongside Urban Latino to bring a quality kizomba experience to Birmingham. David has been a DJ for over 15 years, initially with salsa but soon finding a love for everything kizomba. You will often see him as a guest DJ but you’ll find him most at home as a resident DJ. Formerly holding one of the longest kizomba DJ residencies for nearly 10 years at Smooth Salsa, his other resident roles include KizExpression, Viagem, Malembe Malembe & Kizomba Sundays. He is the current resident DJ at Kizomba Co-Op, Kizomba Cozinha & Salsa & Kizomba @The Pavilions. Always exhibiting a keen interest in kizomba music & history Justine has more recently also turned her hand to DJing. They can be seen at various events in and around The Midlands teaching and DJing. David and Justine share a mutual love and enthusiasm for kizomba and their commitment to this continues.. 💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥 Dj Guida, a hidden Dj from (Luanda) Angola resident in Birmingham. Guida is full of knowledge of the type of music like Kizomba, Semba, Tarraxinha, Kuduro, Afrohouse, Kilapanda, Rebita, Samba, Pagode, Coladeira, Funana and Zouk, who is also a great Kizomba dancer….
