Tini - KK Dance Escapade proudly presents 'Kizomba Fusion & Urban Kiz Dance Workshop with Azlan Ahmad Mckechnie'. We are happy to have him once again in Kota Kinabalu just right after the inaugural of KK Latin Kiz' Escapade and he is back to give more in depth explanation of Kizomba Fusion and Urban Kiz dances to both newbies and experienced dance enthusiasts alike. We are also proud to announce that this highly anticipated workshop is included in KK ARTS Festival calendar, which is an initiative by Society of Performing Arts Kota Kinabalu, Sabah (SPArKS) to promote the advancement of the Performing Arts in Kota Kinabalu and to create a public interest in performing arts, which include music, dance, drama, films etc. We have received a number of requests to have a dance workshop and glad to announce Azlan will be sharing his skills on 25th August 2018, Saturday from 1pm to 5pm at HS FITNESS @29, Hap Seng Properties Development S.B, Level 3, Plaza Shell, KK. Inspired by the music and the emphasis on connection, he has worked to express himself through this dance both socially and choreographically. As an instructor, he has taught various dance styles to students as well as other instructors all around the world including the UK, Africa, Australia and Asia. He is also credited with pioneering and growing the Kizomba scene in Malaysia since moving back in 2011. Known for his humor and high energy in class, Azlan’s classes are always fun from beginner to advanced level. His ability to break down the technique, allows even the most inexperienced dancer to grasp the fundamentals of the dance, armed with the tools to improve their dancing outside of the class.
