If youve ever wondered how some kizomberas move like they do on the floor, in routines and videos this workshop is for you, In 3 hours you will learn the tricks to isolate your body and hips using a short routine thats absolutely packed with musicality and flare. We will start off with body isolation and basics of the movements then take a break and continue with a routine afterwards.
