Kizomba Semba Bootcamp and Party

Casa da Tone is back :-) Kizomba and Semba are not only lovely dances. There is also lots of different music and a culture. All Casa da Tone events are based on all this with respect for the culture. Rabbil Ngwije from Burundi/Belgium will be with us to share his dance skills and musicality. And in the Saturday party we will have DJs who really knows music to dance kizomba/semba to. The bootcamp is for all levels but we recommend total beginners to take a privat lesson with me or Rabbil before the weekend. All levels of dancers will be given challenges on their level since we do not teach steps and fixed figures but variations of the fundamental structure of kizomba/semba. Plan for the weekend Friday : Let us meet in Sagene Samfunnshus to dance. Kizomba/Brazilian zouk in one room and salsa/bachata in another. Rabbil and Tone will give two intro classes before the party. Good food and drinks in the restaurant Not included in the weekend price because I want to support the local community. Saturday : 17-19 Fundamentals, some variations and musicality 20-21 Konpa Class 21-03 Partyyyyyy !!!! Sunday : 12-19 Let us dig deeper in dance variations, music, how to move your body and leading and following. Manú Frederico will tell us about semba/kizomba, music, lyrics and culture. We will give you time to practice under our guidance and give you personal feedback to improve your dance. Norwegian lunch, coffee/tea and fruit is served and included in the price. 20 -23 Chill out with pancakes in Casa da Tone.
