Evie's Bio Evie is the most passionate promoter of Kizomba and Angolan culture in Calgary. Her journey began in 2017 in Houston, where she fell in love with Kizomba. Since then, Evie has been devoted to studying not just the dance, but also its music, culture, and way of life. In her classes, she integrates body movement and patterns with the rich history of Kizomba music, cultural insights, and captivating stories from her recent travels to Luanda, the birthplace and heart of Kizomba.
