Kizomba Wednesdays at Ha Yoga

Welcome Antonio Medina to our Phoenix community (officially - yea! He's here)! Originally from Cape Verde, West Africa - the heart of the music and culture that helped form Kizomba in it's earliest stages. Tony may even show us some other dances from Cape Verde. Tony's teaching style borrows from a popular form that teaches "classes of moves" that create a solid base in order to create your own dance from. The class is open to all levels and as always more advanced students are encouraged to show their support to beginners.
