Kizomba Wednesdays at Ha Yoga (Tempe Phoenix AZ)

Did someone say BUTTER??? We'll be focusing on some tips/tricks/drills and moves to increase your slippery, sliding, buttery movements in Kizomba. New Beginnings!!! Choreography is splitting into their own separate group / class so Kizomba Wednesdays will be dedicated just to fun Kizomba (bring your newbie friends too). Antonio Medina and Heather Duncan will be teaching the first two Wednesdays in December and then Nikki Sanchez and Michael Manzano will be there the last two Wednesdays. Don't forget to show up at 7:15 so we can get settled and start dancing on TIME! And we'll stop at 9:00 to have open-practice for 1/2 hour (for realz). See you on the buttery side!!
