What else could a person say whose mother was a violin, viola and music teacher at the same time? I watched the artisctic gymnastics and rhythmic gymnastics performances on TV already at the age of 3, so the next September I arrived at the artistic gymnastics class with a huge smile. I was 6 when I had my first piano lesson which based and filled the next 7 years of my life besides music elemantary school. When I was 13 I badly missed sport so I enrolled at Jumping Jack Aerobic Club where I was first taught the basics of aerobics. One year later I stood on the stage of FISAF Aerobic Aassociation as a professional. I was member of the Aerodance – Aerobic Dance Theatre for 12 years I spent with professional aerobics, I took part in several events, performances. Besides work and college I regularly went to aerobics and zumba classes when I first met kizomba in February 2013. It was love at first sight. I started to learn at Kizomba Club Hungary Association and I have been improving myself with enthusiasm. End of the 2013 I started to dance with one of my Hungarian teacher, Edmund Kelemen and we decided to register for the Africadancar 2014 competition as a first Hungarian couple. After the competiton we created the first Hungarian kizomba-semba show, which name is „The KizoDreamer” by ER-Danca Production. In October of 2014 I got a special opportunity from Vitor Tavares Mendes to work together. He has an unique style, positive energie and special personality so I am really blessed to teach with him at lot of international festivals. In 2015 I started to work with other international instructors also, I gave workshops with Kristofer Mencák, Cymeone Mopao, Ronie Saleh, Willy Dianza, Julien Dottin, Vasco, Ennuel Iverson, Lucio Lopes, Heneco. In the same year I created the „R-Style – Be Princess” lady style workshop with my special teaching method and I started to spread it on international way also (France, Russia, Bulgaria). I feel that in kizomba I found everything what I need, a unity of respect and love of dance, music, happiness, emotions, friends and pleasure that I can share it with you day by day. I hope to see you soon in one of kizomba, semba, tarraxa or lady style class. *** About Edmund Kelemen - Eddy *** Encountering with dance was "accidental" in my life. Early spring of 2011 I went to my first salsa lesson to Salsa Caliente because of a friend of mine. My then teacher Attila Menyhért endeared this dance to me for the first time. Ati and his team ( Dóri Egressy and Bea Ács) helped me a lot to deepen my dancing ability. I met one of my good friends, Jenő Jakal, those days. He was the one who inspired and helped me with his teaching at weekends. I was invited to a workshop in the summer of 2011 when I first heard about kizomba that has become my passion since then. This dance was not really known in Hungary those days but as zouk and kizomba music enchanted me and made me curious, I joined a beginner course of Tamás Nagy and Vera Farkas, who are the two Hungarian kizomba teachers of mine even now. It was love at first sight. I became addicted immediately and I have had the same feeling ever since.I am actually keen on kizomba and all related dances and culture. In the course of time kizomba dance has absorbed me so much that my teachers started to motivate and support me to teach which is a great honour for me. The teaching and the constant learning of kizomba have given me lots of experience. I have taken part in several home workshops (YesKizomba, BKC, FLAC) and several international workshops (Africa-Dançar (Milano), Afro Fever (Lisboa), KIFE (Trieste), Toma-Toma (Bratislava), Picante (Bratislava), Summer Sensual Days (Rovinj), Afro Bailar (Bratislava), Paris Kizomba Congress (Paris) Luxembourg Kizomba Festival (Luxembourg) These workshops have been milestones for me where celebrated teachers taught me semba, kizomba, afro house and kuduro. Besides teaching, I am very proud of having represented for the very first time the Hungarian kizomeiros/kizombeiras at AfricaDancar in Milano in 2014, together with my present dancing partner (Rita Szabó) who is a former student of mine. And as a result of our work together we managed to create the first Hungarian Kizomba show - "The Kizodreamer". Besides teaching i started to improve my dj skills too at the end of 2015, nowadays you can meet with me at the most of hungarian kizomba parties and fortunately few bigger international festival too, like Kiz&More Festival in France, Kizbomba in Vienna, Toma-Toma in Slovakia, Contratempo in Bordeaux.
