Hovedretsbuffet: - Dansk velfærdskylling i røget paprika. - Mør og saftig øko grisekam i øl, merian og salvie. - Rosastegt cuvette af sødmælkskalv. - Kraftig sauce på stegeskyen. - Kartoffelsalat m/ rygeost, radiser og løvstikke. - Ovnbagte kartofler stegt i andefedt med rosmarin og hvidløg. - Nordisk salat på kål, kerner og mormor dressing. - Tomater i farver med friske hindbær, mozzarella, vinaigrette og god olivenolie. - Grøn salat med croutoner og senneps dressing. - Foccacia med oliven og urter. - Smør med Læsø sydesalt.
