Konpa and Kizomba Dance Classes - CinciKiz Sundays

Join the best kizomba and konpa social dance classes in Cincinnati with CinciKiz. We'll teach you proper foundations and connect you to the local, regional, and national kizomba community (and beyond)! KONPA CLASS Learn the foundational movements of konpa, including steps, postures, and musical styles. Also understand its cultural connection to kizomba. This class is beginner-friendly. KIZOMBA CLASS Our Kizomba Essentials class focuses on the basic movements of kizomba and partner dancing dynamics. This class provides a solid foundation for those new to kizomba dancing, but also supports the growth of those who have been dancing a while. No partner is necessary. *Konpa and Kizomba series will be progressive in nature. Drop-ins will be permitted at the instructor's discretion. Call us first if you're not sure. PRACTICE HOUR This winter, we are offering everyone more time to practice their konpa, kizomba, semba, and other styles you might encounter at a kizomba umbrella event. Cost: $65/ each class style series (Konpa or Kizomba), includes practice hour; $120/ combined full sessions (Konpa & Kizomba), includes practice hour $15/drop-in class; $20/drop-in class with practice; $10/ practice hour only No partner is necessary. Sunday Class Dates: January 11, 25 February 1, 8, 22 Konpa class is at 3PM Practice Session is at 4PM Kizomba class is at 5PM About Your Instructor: With nine years of teaching kizomba and her educational psychology background, Lisa identifies each dancer's strengths and growth areas to build confidence and provide you with mental, creative, and technical challenges appropriate for your level. Group classes provide an awesome opportunity to connect to our community of kizomba dancers.
