Konpa Progressive Classes The dance-style that accompanied konpa dirèk in the 1950s, was a two-step dance called kare (square). As a méringue, a ballroom dance, compas is danced in pairs. Sometimes partners dance holding each other tightly and romantically; in this case often most of the moves are made at the hips. Progressive classes will begin soon and will be composed of a 4 class series. Classes by Divine Rebels of Konpa! Class begins at 8pm Each class will be limited to 20 students. Appropriate sanitation options will be available. Please arrive 15min early for check-in! $10/class or $45 for a series. This genre not included in the VIP membership.
