ABOUT THE WORKSHOP / OM WORKSHOPPEN We will work with the fundamentals of contact improvisation, such as: the relation to gravity, the physical contact between movers and the momentum of moving bodies; modulating tone, sharing weight, and waking up our reflexes and sense of balance. We will explore touch and movement as relational practices and situate our physical practice in the world. All levels of experience and all kinds of bodies are welcome. ABOUT THE TEACHER / OM LÄRAREN Contact improvisation has been my primary movement practice since 1986. I have been teaching the form since 1990. My pedagogy is informed by my background as a professional bodyworker, my studies in physiotherapy, osteopathy and somatics, my aikido practice, my experience with various communication tools, and my politics. FEE / KOSTNAD SEK 100-300 on a sliding scale, cash or swish. 100-300 kr beroende på hur mycket pengar du har, kontant eller swish. SCHEDULE / TID You can arrive from 12:30 pm to land, change etc. We'll start at 1:30 pm. Du är välkommen från kl 12.30 för att landa, byta om. Vi börjar kl 13.30. You are very welcome to stay for the evening jam with live music 6 pm - 9 pm. See link below. Du är varmt välkommen att stanna på kvällsjammet med live musik kl18-22. Se länk till eventet nedan. (det kommer att postas inom kort). Take some food along to eat in the café after the workshop. There is a fridge and a microwave oven. Ta gärna med dig matlåda för att äta i caféet efter workshopen .
