About this Event
Kotas que bailam
“Kota” is a diminutive of “Makota" who are people with life experience, and who advise sobas (village chiefs) in the area of the Ambundo people.
Kotas Que Bailam
refers to Kotas who transmit the positive energy in their dancing and express Ginga or Banga that inspires. Kotas live the past, the present, and the future. Kotas simply conveys the message that kizomba is a hug dance and today the world needs a hug. The opportunity to hug you simply asks for a Kizombada.
Kota could be you and me. Kotas are those people who want new ideas and a new way of seeing life learning and teaching.
You are a Kota if you want to keep the kizomba as a dance of respect and harmony.
So, can we check which kotas have inspired the world?
