REGISTRATION: [email protected] / Whatsapp +5491149470871 Some words_ My name is Gonzalo Barales. I’m 35 years old. I’m a Kung Fu / Tai Ji Quan / Qi Gong teacher and a movement researcher. I love to move, dance and play. Feeling and understanding what’s going on while it is going on. I believe that knowledge is hidden behind every action and that through recreation it gets more and more refined by our body wisdom and our sensibility. I believe that movement and joy are the real ways to empower our life and vitality. I began training Kung Fu at 15 and never stopped. On the way I’ve been practicing and researching different fields of movement. Tai Ji Quan, Qi Gong, Yoga, Shiatsu, Contemporary Dance, Classical Dance, Contact Improvisation, Acrobatics, Kinesiology, Anatomy, Physiology, Chinese Medicine, and more. I believe that by studying movement, we can always learn new “registries” and “ways” of moving, and then independently train and develop them ourselves. That’s what a master does, open registries, open our minds so we can see and let our curiosity explore, experience and resolve. I love to share and teach the tools and knowledge that make me healthy, confident and joyful. That empowers me in my daily life. Many of these tools I’ve learnt from my masters, some I have modified and others I’ve created through my own experience.
