KURSHELG med Julian Castro från Göteborg! Helgen 21–22 februari erbjuder vi flera workshops i argentinsk tango­ med Julian Castro. Söndag 22 februari: Två workshops för nybörjare; en grund- och en påbyggnadsworkshop. Ta tillfället i akt och lär dig grundsteg under en rolig och intensiv dag. Lördag 21 februari: Två intensiva workshops som riktar sig till dig som har dansat tango i minst ett år. Julian Castro är grundaren till El Encuentro Tango i Göteborg. Han är född in Argentina och har dansat tango ända sedan tonåren. "With nearly two decades in the dance and having developed with some of the greatest teachers of our generation, Julian is a passionate tango teacher who brings a deep focus on technique, musicality and the original spirit of tango - with a modern approach - to every class. Emphasizing connection, embrace, and precise technique, Julian aims to guide his students in answering together the most important question in tango: how to create a beautiful and unforgettable dance?" Saturday workshop 2: Sacadas – Space, timing & intention To master sacadas means to create a dialogue in space. Beginners: Sunday Workshop 1: Walk, Connection & Embrace Welcome to the essence of of the beauty of tango: connection, walking, and embrace. Sunday Workshop 2: Circularity & Spirals Building on the first workshop, we now introduce circularity. We explore how tango naturally moves in spirals and circles, and how to create these movements with ease, comfort, and clarity.
