È una struttura immensa, e sarà dotata di ogni comfort, con sale relax, sala ristorante, bar, zona espositori. ✔ La location è facilmente raggiungibile in autobus sia dall’aeroporto sia dalla stazione ferroviaria via Alibus, che vi porterà a 200 metri dal Salone; inoltre la fermata metro di Piazza Municipio si trova a 150 metri. Tutti i B&B e gli hotel si trovano a pochissimi metri dal Salone Margherita. ========================= ►Condizioni di partecipazione◄ ========================= 1) La “pre-registrazione” sarà effettuata solamente previo compilazione del Form inserito nella pagina ufficiale dell’evento a partire dal 05 maggio. 2) L’organizzazione si avallerà di un tempo tecnico di circa 10 giorni per poter effettuare le dovute ricerche su ogni singolo richiedente. 3) Ogni singola persona verrà identificata tramite foto e identificazione del proprio profilo facebook al fine di cautelare, in via precauzionale, gli altri partecipanti e l’organizzazione stessa. 4) L’organizzazione invierà mail di “Avvenuta Registrazione” con tutte le informazioni in merito ai dati del pagamento, date di scadenza, ecc. 5) Solo a saldo avvenuto, da parte dell’aderente, l’organizzazione invierà la mail finale di “Conferma Partecipazione”. 6) L’organizzazione si riserva di dedicare un tempo massimo di attesa agli italiani/e per fare spazio ai partecipanti stranieri, poiché l’evento ha finalità e lo scopo di essere Internazionale. 7) Si accetteranno anche le candidature Singole ma verranno poste in un numero adeguato in apposita LISTA DI ATTESA, in quanto si Coppie per rendere l’evento con partecipanti in numero equilibrato. 8) Nella mail di “Conferma Registrazione”, verrà indicata una data ultima entro la quale sarà possibile comunicare la NON PIU’ PARTECIPAZIONE. Questa sarà concordata da entrambe le parti solo per cause estreme e necessarie. It is an immense structure, and will be equipped with every comfort, with relaxation rooms, restaurant, bar, exhibitor area. ✔ The location is easily accessible by bus from both the airport and the railway station via Alibus, which will take you 200 meters from the Salone; moreover, the metro station of Piazza Municipio is 150 meters away. All B & Bs and hotels are located a few meters from the Salone Margherita. ========================= ►Conditions of participation◄ ========================= 1) The "pre-registration" will be carried out only after filling in the form inserted in the official page of the event starting from 05 May. 2) The organization will endorse a technical time of about 10 days in order to carry out the necessary research on each individual applicant. 3) Every single person will be identified by photo and identification of their Facebook profile in order to precautionarily protect the other participants and the organization itself. 4) The organization will send "Registration" email with all the information regarding the payment data, expiry dates, etc. 5) Only after the balance has been paid by the member, the organization will send the final "Confirmation of Participation" email. 6) The organization reserves the right to dedicate a maximum waiting time to Italians to make room for foreign participants, since the event has the purpose and purpose of being International. 7) Single applications will also be accepted but will be placed in an appropriate number in the appropriate WAIT LIST, as they will be Couples to make the event with participants in a balanced number. 8) In the "Registration Confirmation" email, a final date will be indicated by which it will be possible to communicate the NO MORE PARTICIPATION.
