Training solo may be new for some of you, but for me this is a MAJOR part of how I have learned and trained in Brazilian Zouk for years. I want to take what I have learned and share this with you in one special weekend. And there is no better way to do it than with these amazing instructors I have had the privilege of learning from and with throughout my zouk journey. When I started training solo, I didn’t always have someone to guide me and tell me what to do and how to do it. It was a tough process but I have created a plan and practice based on years of improving on my solo training.
