Laboratório + Jam (Score com Quietude)

LAB 19h30 - 20h30: No LAB desta semana vamos trabalhar o ponto de contacto em relação com o olhar JAM - 20.30 - 22.30: Esta semana é a última Jam da temporada no Misturado. Vem dançar este fim-de-ciclo e abrir portas à experiência dos sentidos. A jam vai decorrer em silêncio. Score de Quietude: Sempre que o facilitador faz soar a taça (em intervalos de 20 minutos) encontramos um lugar na sala para permanecer em quietude (de pé, ou sentado) no minimo 4 minutos (não haverá relógio disponível). Não ficamos deitados durante os periodos de quietude. Durante o periodo de quietude apenas uma pessoa pode ficar a mover no espaço. Após quatro minutos de quietude qualquer um pode retomar o movimento Trabalhamos com silêncio, consciência do tempo e do espaço, o lugar da testemunha do vestigio invisivel do movimento. Stillness Score: Whenever the facilitator sounds the bowl (every 24 minutes) we find a place in the room to remain still (standing or sitting) for at least 4 minutes (no clock will be available trust your inner sense of time). We do not lie down during quiet periods. During the quiet period only one person can keep moving in the space. After four minutes of stillness anyone can resume movement We work with silence, awareness of time and space, the place of the witness of the invisible trace of movement.
