Saturday 25th Match 2017 2 hours of Ladies Cuban salsa styling class. Limited places aviable so please book early to avoid disappointment. Each session will be 2 hours long with a comfort break of 15 mins with free coffee/tea and biscuits included. I will be covering body isolation and movment, arms styling and foootwrk plus solo Cuban salsa suelta and I will reapet the same class in the afternoon so if you want to do it twice bring your lunch and energy bars!
