LADIES KIZOMBA ELEMENTAL SESSIONS Dear ladies welcome to 2021 a new year and a new way of dancing and learning ! These Monday classes will be my only regular in person offering for the first half of this year as I transition my business online! Make sure you also join my free online sister group- Divine sisterhood rising https://www.facebook.com/groups/869476066927103 LOCATION: crows nest dance studio ABOUT THE MONDAY CLASSES This year the classes will be run in elemental cycles we are now moving into WATER This means that all of the content you will learn will be linked up with the same element for 4 weeks. This is a powerful way to work and enhance your skills in a new way 🙂 THE LEVELS I will be offering beginners ladies Kizomba from 7-8pm this is a fundamentals class! You will learn fundamental techniques in all sub genres of Kizomba, get more comfortable in your body and connect with amazing women ! 8-9.30pm is INVITE ONLY ~ This means I have to invite you to join this class. This is to ensure we can work quickly and at a high level. If you would like to be considered for this class you can always ask me and I will advise you of the best way forward! This class we will be working on freestyle, technique, fusion styles and small choreographies in each element. Note. This year's focus is much more about getting you competent in freestyle than choreography only. Cannot wait for the new challenge ! ALL CLASSES ~ Are holistic, fun and a good dose of challenge. Each class is unique and will allow you to connect with your inner Goddess energy through dance, movement and sisterhood. I am very excited to still get to dance with you lovely ladies in person ! COVID SAFE we are back to 25 people per class only at the moment due to COVID. Pre booking is essential (and very much appreciated in our current environment). You must now also scan in with the QR code each time you come to the studio. Normal rules apply, if you are unwell do not attend etc. ONLINE OFFERINGS My online offerings for this year include the I AM WOMAN online course.
