Ladies On1 & On2 shines classes

The girls have loved these classes , but its a lot of work so I'm taking a break, and will probably do monthly , let's see how the first one goes . Whats different from other classes .... You receive an advanced video breakdown to work through a week before the class . .....so when we come to zoom. I will teach the whole thing again, but also concentrate on what the students have found the most difficult ; leaving you to concentrate on achieving more and enjoying the workout . You can choose to do both, or just do the video, or just do the zoom, its the same price . The video will be left up on a private group for a week after the class , if you prefer to work that way around. The other difference is that many of the girls have chosen to send me their videos for some personal feedback... I.E. what they need to work on. Its not a private lesson but I provide some tips and advice if you choose to do this .
