Ladies salsa workshop

Come and join Claudia and Faye for an informative, fun, yet intensive salsa workshop just for ladies, plus a bonus introduction to the cha cha cha. For improver/intermediate level. Price - £10 We will cover technique, footwork and styling so you will feel confident and fabulous on that dance floor! Schedule for the 2hours - 20 mins warm up to Latin beats 😃 Lets get pumped up and ready to dance! 30 mins introduction to the cha cha cha. 1 hour full on salsa footwork, styling and technique. 10mins cool down and stretch. We suggest you bring trainers for the warm up, water and cool clothing so we can work you extra hard 😃 There are limited spaces so click going if you are wanting to attend so we can get an idea of numbers. We are hoping to run another 3 workshops, April, May and June dates still to be confirmed. We will highlight different elements of the salsa dance in each workshop such as, musicality and body movement etc. There will also be an exciting introduction to a different Latin dance each month too.
