Ladies Styling Workshop

Beginner/intermediate/ advanced dancers are all welcome! Start the New Year off right and enhance your ladies styling. Whether your shining on your own social and performing, this ladies workshop will help improve all 3. This two hour workshop by Lady Royalty Dance will focus on Flexibility- we always start with a light warm and stretch helping to create further flexibility in Shoulders, fingers, and back (everything we use the style with the arms) Technique- We will then do a sequence of drills to improve your foundation of bachata. Drills will consist mostly of bachata common footwork, spins , and arm and body drills Choreography- The last section will be choreography! Yay! Everything worked will all come together in the choreography section. We put together a fun footwork combo combined with arms , head rolls and body rolls. This section may move a tiny fast, but don't worry come have fun and learn in a welcoming inviting area to learn! We are here to dance 💃 inspire and aspire.
