Ladies Styling Workshop - Cuban Salsa & Timba

Happy 2023! So happy to be back in London hosting the first workshop of 2023 on Sunday 22nd January! The first workshop back will be Ladies Styling (open to men & women) and will focus on finding smooth and powerful feminine movement with Cuban Salsa & Timba. ✧ Workshops are high energy and are focused on musicality, expression and performance. ✧ We cover technique, dynamics and will incorporate other Cuban dances into styling such as Rumba, Son and Afro - Cuban Orishas. ✧ 3 hours of high energy dance training - 1 hour of styling technique and 2 hours of choreography.
