Ladies Styling Workshop - Cuban Salsa & Timba

Join us for the second Ladies Styling workshop of 2023! So happy to be back in London hosting the second workshop of 2023 on Sunday 26th February! Our second workshop will be based on female Salsa styling and is open to both men & women. It will focus on finding smooth and powerful feminine movement within Cuban Salsa & Timba music. ✧ The workshop will be high energy and will be focused on musicality, expression and performance. ✧ We will cover styling technique, dynamics and will incorporate other Cuban dances into styling such as Rumba, Son and Afro - Cuban Orishas. ✧ The workshop will consist of 3 hours of high energy dance training - 1 hour of styling technique and 2 hours of learning an intermediate/advanced choreography with musicality.
