Ladies Styling Workshop - Cuban Salsa & Timba

Join us for our 3rd ladies styling workshop of 2023, this Sunday 11.06.23 from 12-3pm! As always, we will be focusing on being sensual but also powerful, when styling to Cuban Salsa & Timba. 𝗗𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝘄𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲: - Musicality - Body movement. - Rhythmical changes from Salsa to Son, Rumba, Cha cha cha and Mambo. - Presence and performance. - How to improve technique. - How to add Afro-Cuban gestures into styling. As well as learning footwork, arm styling and exploring all the above, we will learn a progressive choreography based on musicality and finding the different musical layers within the music. 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀: - Date: Sunday 11.06.23. - Time: 12-3pm. - Level: Intermediate + - Location: Nuffield Health Gym, Barbican. 97 Aldersgate St, Barbican, London EC1A 4JP (the gym is directly opposite Barbican tube station). - Price: £40. (£25 for students taking part in the 9-week training & performance courses).
