About this Event
Curious about the other side of the embrace? This workshop is for women who want to explore the leader's role in tango - not as a novelty, or to be a better follower, but as a genuine dance practice. You'll develop your musicality, your navigation, and your ability to propose and guide movement with clarity and intention. No partner required. Finding a dance partner, especially a leader, can be one of the biggest challenges in tango. This workshop is for women who want more freedom, more confidence, and more ways to participate in the dance. All levels welcome.
Led by Carlos Boeri, Ladies Who Lead will introduce women to the fundamentals of leading in tango, helping you understand the structure, intention, musicality, and communication behind the leader’s role.
Finding leaders can be difficult, so why not take the lead?
This 3-class June workshop is designed for women who want more confidence, more independence, and a deeper understanding of tango from the leader’s role.
Learn the structure, intention, and connection behind leading, and give yourself more ways to dance.
