This lady style course is for the more experienced dancer who is ready to dive deeper into technique, movements, choreos and dancing in heels (always optional) ❤️ ABOUT THE COURSE This course is for the intermediate/advanced dancer who already is comfortable with lady styling and solo dance fundamentals and is ready for more. We will work on body movement and technique, build choreos and also introduce you to heels techniques. During the course, we will work with: ✨ Sensual technique & stylings ✨ Body movement & awareness ✨ Turn technique & control ✨ Expressiveness & dance confidence ✨ Dance drilles & short choreos ✨ Introduce you to the world of heels and how to dance more comfortably in them By the end, you will be a more comfortable and creative dancer.
