Add new footwork to your shines and have fun learning and practicing away from prying eyes! **Programme Level 1 Salsa** - Warm up - Stretching - Body isolation - Following, positions and frame - Block 1 - Lower Body - Footwork basics - Shines 1st part - Block 2 - Upper body - Basic arms and hands - Spin and turns technique - Shines 2nd part - Musicality - Class Review - Stretching - Final Relaxation **Programme Level 2 Salsa and Bachata** - Warm up - Stretching - Body isolation - Following, position and frame technique review SALSA - Block 1- Lower Body - Footwork basics, plus review level 1 - Shines and Musicality - Block 2- Upper body - Basic arms and hands, plus review level 1 - Spin and turns technique BACHATA - Body isolation for Bachata - Block 1- Lower Body - Footwork basics - Block 2- Upper body - Basic arms and hands - Shines and Musicality - Class Review - Stretching - Final Relaxation **Course details and schedule** Level 1 Time: 12:00 - 15:00 BREAK: 15:00 - 16:00 Level 2 Time: 16:00- 19:00 Venue: Salisburys Conservative Club Please bring water and a towel or a Yoga mat for the final stretching and relaxation. Heels if you feel comfortable and also socks. ** Cost ** Cost per level: £20 per course Cost for both levels: £35 (£5 off) Cost for both levels (for those who already completed level 1): £30 (£10 off) Note: Level 2 will involve a faster pace and complexity than level 1, so you must complete level 1 before progressing onto level 2 as it will form the foundation onto which we build. For those progressing onto level 2 you also have the opportunity to refresh your level 1 knowledge with first timers but at a discounted rate.
