A Lady Styling class is a tailor-made Salsa class especially for women. It can include woman shines, leg work, arm work, body movement, spins, body isolations, shoulder shimmies and rolls, and even hand styling,, which has become a huge trend in the Salsa scene. The styling can also be inspired by other dances, such as Flamenco and Belly Dance.
