Lake Tahoe Tango Festival 2019

Yes, it's on! The Lake Tahoe Tango Festival is happening! We worked diligently to find a different location that would be less expensive than last year, but still fantastic! The Lake Tahoe Tango Festival will be a fun and fabulous celebration of tango! Of course there will be tango dancing every night in fantastic venues! (We will be dancing in a beautiful ballroom, but also the Blu nightclub, and the Opal Ultra Lounge -- all within our hotel -- and all reserved exclusively for us!) And, yes, you can take workshops with world-class tango professionals. And, yes, the hotel rooms are lovely (and quite inexpensive!); some rooms even have views of the lake! And, yes, we will have a private charter around Emerald Bay on the lovely Tahoe Paradise boat with music and dancing (weather permitting). And a tango dinner show ... and Dinner with the Maestros for those of you coming in early ... AND LIVE MUSIC at EVERY MILONGA! Last year we hosted the Lake Tahoe Tango Retreat, where we got to experience the rugged natural beauty of Squaw Valley. This year, we will experience a different side of Lake Tahoe -- the wild and vibrant energy of South Lake Tahoe.
