Lambada Booster with Hellen Schmidt

🌟 Fala Lambadeir@s, your Lambada Fix is Here! 🌟 Our Lambada study group has been a great success, and we’re excited to invite you to our Lambada Booster - Guest Teacher Series! Yaaay! We’re opening 8 spots (4 leaders / 4 followers) for this workshop, which will focus on improving your Lambada skills. As a prerequisite, you should have attended Lambada classes before and be familiar with the basics steps. For the first edition of the series, we’re thrilled to welcome the amazing Hellen Schmidt straight from Berlin! It’s her first time here, so let’s give her a warm welcome with lots of energiaaaaa! 📌 When? Get ready for a 2h30min workshop (2h class + 30 min practice ) on Wednesday, Nov 20th at KCL Strand Gym. About Hellen: Hellen is one of the most talented Lambada teachers in Europe. She’s a versatile artist, able to both dance and teach as a leader and a follower. Since 2018, she’s accumulated more than 500 hours of teaching experience through group classes, private lessons, and workshops in Brazilian Zouk/Lambada. She has also taught at international festivals in Belarus, Switzerland, and Germany. Before moving to Berlin, Hellen taught regular Salsa classes at the Motsi Mabuse Dance School in Frankfurt. In Berlin, she taught regular weekly classes until 2023. Currently, she's teaching study groups and organizing workshops and events such as Brazilian Zouk Lambada United. Her main influences come from the school of Renata Peçanha, as well as Ryel & Jessica, and Ariel & Leticia for Lambada. Hellen has traveled and studied in many Brazilian Zouk/Lambada communities around the world, and she loves comparing styles, methodologies, and teaching approaches.
