LAST Contact Improv class & jam saturday at Forgotten Land

Contact Improvisation class and jam happening . OUR LAST Saturday in our beautiful venue Forgotten land. We start at 10 am with a 1 hour class of Contact Improvisation principles. The intention is to create a base for grounded conscious practice of CI. The orientation will be useful for both beginners and more advanced practitioners, as we are empowering everyone as equal investigators of the form.
