DATES: - Thursday, Dec 15th SCHEDULE: Each Level will be 1hr 30min class. - Level 1: 19:00 - 20:30 - Level 2: 20:00 - 21:30 COURSE DESCRIPTION: 1) This will be 2 different workshop. Each, designed to help any dancer, at any level, take their social dancing skills to the next level. 2) This is not a progressive course so you may drop-in as you please. 3) Each day we will cover different principles so you could become a well-rounded, and more confident on the dance-floor. COST: One Day Drop-in Rate: - Level 1 OR Level 2: Single class (1.5 hour) = 700 THB - Level 1 AND Level 2: Two classes (2.5 hours) = 1000 THB COURSE OUTLINE LEVEL 1 PARTNERING (60min) By the end of these classes course, you will learn: 1) The most foundational moves every Salsa dancer must know. 2) Proper technique, timing and foot placement to lead and follow all these foundational moves. 3) A unique partnering social dance pattern. LEVEL 1 & 2: Musicality & Partner Dance Technique (30min) By the end of these classes course, you will learn: 1) How to apply musicality by matching your movement to the rhythm of the music being played. 2) Learn about the core rhythms of Salsa music & how to apply them to your: -- Body movement (Shoulder, hips & arm movement). -- Footwork shines. 3) The secrets for how to have a harmonious and light connection with your dance partner. 4) How to improve your speed, agility, and spin technique. LEVEL 2 PARTNERING (60min) By the end of this classes course you will learn: 1) Men, as a Leader—how to combine more Salsa moves to create more variety, have more fun, and keep your partner entertained. 2) Ladies, as a follower—how to apply styling to add beauty to your movement and express yourself with confidence. 3) A unique and well-stuctured social dance pattern. 4) How to apply footwork shines while leading and following parterner dance combinations.
