Notes about hotel room reservations at the Radisson Baltimore Inner Harbor: 1) If you have already made a reservation at the Embassy Suites hotel, all reservations will be transferred automatically today and tomorrow. As of Wednesday you can call Radisson at 410-752-1100 and make sure your reservation has been transferred. Technically you should get an e-mail confirmation, but posting the phone number as a back-up. 2) To make a new reservation online please use this link http://www.radisson.com/reservation/itineraryEntrance.do… 3) To make a new reservation over the phone please call the hotel at 410-752-1100 and say that you are with the Tango Element Group. 4) All festival events on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will take place at the Radisson hotel. On Thursday night (the opening night) classes and milonga will happen at the Grand (our regular venue at the Embassy Suites Hotel). Complimentary shuttle will be provided for those staying at the Radisson between Radisson and the Grand from 4pm and until the end of the milonga (it's less than a 10 minute walk, but having shuttle at night is a safer option). Don't miss Thursday night to say good buy to the venue that hosted the festival since 2009. We'll make sure our opening night is extra special.
