Latin Dance - Bachata for Beginners

Are you ready to step into the world of Latin dance? In this fun and supportive 3-week course, you’ll learn the foundations of bachata – a smooth, romantic dance style that's become a favourite at Latin social events around the world. Designed specifically for beginners, this course will teach you the essential skills of leading and following, how to dance both solo and with a partner, and how to understand and count bachata timing. Taught by Adelaide’s most experienced bachata instructors, the course focuses on giving you the confidence to hit the dance floor and connect with others through movement. By the end of the program, you’ll have a solid foundation that will allow you to dance bachata with anyone, anywhere – from local socials to global Latin dance nights. No previous dance experience is required – just bring your enthusiasm and get ready to move! This course runs for 3 weeks x 45 minutes and is held at Adelaide Bachata Academy in Walkerville.
