Latin Dance Family Day Salsa, Bachata and Jai's Farewell

UPDATE: Moved to Dance Culture, 474 Ipswich Road, Annerley due to an approaching thunderstorm. Cool down this summer with a Saturday afternoon water fight and BBQ with your Latin dancing fam bam. Everyone in our Latin dancing community most welcome and encouraged to join us. Including BYO BBQ lunch, Latin dancing at the Kangaroo Point tiled square, water fight(s) and a farewell for Jai who is heading overseas for 9+ months. Free event. ** Rough schedule ** 12:30pm Lunch / BBQ & dancing at the square starts (Salsa & Bachata) 1:30pm Official water fight - bring your water pistols or borrow one from Dance Culture's collection (we have 20 for some reason)! (Please check in closer to the date in case there are any additions or updates to the above schedule.) ** Water fight rules ** - Be conscious and considerate of others who are at Kangaroo Point - Be careful of electronic devices including hearing aids ** What to bring ** - something to cook up on the BBQ for lunch - drinkies and snacks - picnic blanket / camping chair - your water pistol if you have one - change of [dry] clothes - sunscreen - hat - your family/kids - your friends/colleagues ** Please RSVP ** Please leave an RSVP if you'll be attending so that we know how many to expect :)
