Latin Night in Carrboro

Picture Credit: Valerie Vescovi "Dance Hall" The Wednesday socials have changed. For this social Abuelo Salsero Jack Wolf is the host and this will be a Latin Social. Jack will be doing Latin socials 2nd and 4th Wednesday. The mix will be at least 50% Salsa with Bachata, Kizomba, Cha Cha, Merengue, and Cumbia and will go from 9-11:30 Rachel Meth will be doing Kizomba and Zouk socials 1st and 3rd Wednesdays from 8:30-10:30 and along with Kizomba and Zouk there will be a splash of Bachata. Rachel is continuing her weekly Zouk and Kizomba classes from 7-8:30 pm. Class information at: http://www.embodiedance.com/classes.html For Jack's social there will be a Salsa lesson at 9 and dance from 9:30-11:30 The Kizomba/Zouk Practica from 8:30-9:30 will still happen for Jack's Latin Night, and when Rachel is host, it will continue to 10:30 Prices: $5 starting at 9 PM $7 for those attending both the Kizomba/Zouk Practica and Latin Social Rachel's students still can attend the Kizomba/Zouk Practica free and can pay $4 to stay for the Latin Social Parking: No parking on Lindsay St. but use the public lots on Weaver.
