Latin Party at the Colonial

The sounds of Latin America come to this great landmark hotel in the Hillsborough Historic district. An 1838 landmark, the Colonial was restored in 2020, and functions as a boutique hotel with restaurant, full bar, and reception hall. Abuelo Salsero Jack Wolf will be teaching beginning dancers the basic salsa and bachata steps, followed by the dance social. New dancers welcome, and if you have two left feet, we will match you with somebody with two right ones. Lesson 7:30- 8:15 PM. Dance 8:15-11 PM. A mix of mostly salsa and Bachata with cha cha, merengue, cumbia, kizomba. $10 for both the lesson and the social. PARKING -, there is free street parking if available but also a large free King St Lot a block away on the North side of King address 115 W King Come early for dinner served 4-9 PM.
