Special 3 hour Body Awareness, Conditioning & Technique Lambada-Zouk Workshop General-Advanced Level running from 5.30-8.30pm Early Bird Price £25, Full Price £30 including Club Party Learn a slick and stylish routine incorporating the following: - all important core footwork techniques - develop real connection with your partner through lead & follow technique - turns and spins through correct posture, spotting, core & counterbalance techniques - timing and musicality, footwork & body movement /position for head & body rolls & bonecas - execute drops/dips using correct footwork, postures & body balance techniques to get in & out of the movements with grace and style!!
