Learn Mama's Stew + Practice Session

MAMA'S STEW The Stew, or Mama's Stew as it's often called, is a fun solo jazz warm-up choreography used by Whitey’s Lindy Hoppers to warm up before practicing their routines. This routine is often called the Mama’s Stew routine as Mama Lu & The Parkets very famously performed it together. In one hour Federico will teach you the routine, and maybe even some fun variations on it to make it even more spectacular. You do not need any previous solo jazz or lindy hop experience to join! We’re here to rescue you! Come improve your swing dance technique, musicality, vocabulary, and all the other things your learning swing dance heart desires! No need to register – just show up! Teachers are available for questions! The music will start around 130BPM and increase speed later on. Costs: €5 to cover the monthly rent of AlgoRhythm, but free if you join the class beforehand. If you only want to join the practice session, this is €5. You can pay by cash at the start of the class/practice session with Federico, or by mobile pay.
