Learn the famous Shim Sham solo jazz routine!

Are you ready to shimmy!? ✨ Come along and learn the Shim Sham Routine! Join Meral Nieman for this speciality class on July 25th in Norwood The Shim Sham is a famous solo jazz routine that you'll often see danced at socials - similar to the nut-bush of the swing world 🥲 Lindy hoppers from all over the world have learnt and danced the shim sham together and apart. DETAILS Class dates: Tuesday the 25th of July Venue: The Hungarian Club (82 Osmond Tce, Norwood) Class times: 6:45 - 8:00 (this class is taking place in lieu of level two) Doors open at 6:30pm (the earlier you can get there the better!) Join us after class for our monthly social, where you can bust out this newly learnt routine with the rest of the community! (Best while it's fresh!) Pricing: $25.00 (a once off payment at the door, cash or card available- class passes not accepted for this speciality class) This also includes entry to the social dance to follow. THIS ROUTINE IS BEGINNER FRIENDLY. No previous experience (solo or partnered) is required. Solo jazz dancing is great fun on its own merit, but it also improves your partnered dancing, gives you more styling to work with and is a great way to connect with the music. See you there!
