🚀 Ready to take your Lindy Hop sky high? Adam & Cathie are teaching TWO aerial workshops on Saturday 14 March! Both teachers have numerous years and awards under their belts for performing aerials safely. Learn how to confidently add air-steps to your dancing with strong technique, clear timing, and plenty of style. ✨ Get airborne (safely!) ✨ Refine your foundations ✨ Build confidence * Workshop 1 - 9.30 - 11.00am (intro to swing aerials including two lifts) * Workshop 2 - 11.30am - 1.00pm (2 x intermediate aerials for those who have attended the first workshop) We’ll focus on strong foundations, technique, timing and safety so you can execute these aerials with control and style in the dance.
