🌟 Swing Aerials Workshop Returns! 🌟 After an amazing response to our first session in March, Adam & Cathie are excited to bring you a second aerials workshop on Saturday 29 August, from 9.30am–12.30pm. With years of teaching, performing and award-winning aerials, Adam & Cathie will guide you through a range of classic Lindy Hop aerials with a strong emphasis on safe technique, partner connection and musical timing. Whether you’re trying aerials for the first time or keen to expand your repertoire, this workshop is designed to help you move with confidence and control. What to expect: ✈️ Foundational aerial skills and technique ✈️ Progressive lifts and dynamic movements ✈️ Tips for timing, communication and safe execution ✈️ Plenty of fun along the way!
