LEC Tango Beginners 4 Week Course

Join us for a 4 week Tango Beginners Course led by Argentina's Carlos Veron. Tango is a partner dance and social dance that originated in the 1880s along the Río de la Plata, the natural border between Argentina and Uruguay. Tango is a dance that has influences from African and European culture. The dance originated in lower-class districts of Buenos Aires and Montevideo. The music derived from the fusion of various forms of music from Europe. In this course at LEC you will learn some fundamentals of Tango, including postures, Tango Combinations and how we can create a fusion of styles. No experience required.
